Billing

This section covers money and paperwork inside the ZevsHost client area: paying for hosting, a domain, or a VDS, what to do when a payment gets declined, and how to avoid losing a service over an overdue invoice. Payment methods — bank cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, ETH) — are covered separately, each with realistic confirmation times.
Auto-renewal is explained as an actual mechanism, not a marketing line: funds are charged 7 days before a service expires, and the guides cover what happens when the account balance falls short and how suspension for non-payment actually works. There's a dedicated piece on the account balance as an internal credit separate from a linked card, plus upgrading or downgrading a plan with a charge only for the difference and remaining term.
For businesses: getting an invoice made out to a legal entity with company details, VAT and tax residency questions when paying from another country, and the service regulation for "Server Administration". Separately covered: the affiliate program paying a share of referral payments, discount promo codes, refunds, and chargeback protection, which can otherwise block card payments for the whole account.
