Getting an Invoice

  1. Log in to the billing panel at billing.zevshost.net
  2. Go to the Transaction History section
  3. Find the payment you need
  4. Click Download Invoice (PDF)

What an Invoice Contains

The PDF file is generated automatically for every paid invoice. Before handing the document to your accountant, check that all fields are filled in and that nothing disagrees with the amount you see in your bank or payment system statement.

FieldWhat it means
Invoice numberA unique identifier — reference it when writing to support
Issue date and payment dateMay differ by a few hours if the payment was not processed instantly
Billing periodThe time span the service covers
Service and planThe plan name, matching the Services section of your account
Amount and currencyHryvnia for Ukrainian residents, euro or dollar for non-residents
Payment methodCard, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency

If the Invoice Did Not Arrive by Email

  • Check the Spam folder and any filtering rules in your mail client
  • Make sure the email address in your profile is current — messages go to that address only
  • Open Transaction History in your account: the PDF is available there even without an email
  • If the payment is still being processed by the payment system, the invoice will only appear once it is confirmed

Company Billing Details

To have an invoice issued to a legal entity, go to Profile → Company Details and fill in your organization's information. Invoices will then be generated with your company details. The full list of fields the company form asks for is covered in the article invoice for a legal entity: which details you need.

When an Invoice Is Issued Automatically

A renewal invoice is generated ahead of time, before the current billing period ends, and is sent to the account's email and posted to the client area at the same time. This is meant to give you time to pay it before the service expires, rather than on the last day. If you have enabled auto-renewal, an invoice is still issued — payment from a linked payment method does not remove the document, it just settles it faster.

VAT and Tax Status on the Invoice

The invoice states whether taxes are included in the service price and what tax status the provider holds. The exact wording and how it affects legal entities from different countries are covered separately in the article taxes when paying for hosting — do not draw conclusions about the tax regime from a single invoice alone, without factoring in the customer's residency.

When Getting an Invoice Works Differently

Not every situation fits the standard "pay, then download the PDF" flow:

  • With a cryptocurrency payment, the invoice appears only after the payment is credited to the balance, not right after the transaction is sent — details are in paying for hosting with cryptocurrency
  • If you topped up the balance first and the service was charged automatically later, look for the invoice by the charge date, not the top-up date
  • Non-resident customers receive an act of services on separate request to support, not automatically together with the invoice

How an Invoice Differs From an Act of Provided Services

These are two different documents, and your accounting department may ask for both. An invoice is a request to pay a specific amount for a billing period, issued in advance or right after the order. An act of provided services confirms that the service for a past period was actually delivered, and is issued after the fact. For internal accounting in Ukraine, resident customers receive documents under the accounting rules that apply to them; non-resident customers receive an invoice and an act on separate request to support — that is enough for most foreign accounting departments, but if your jurisdiction has specific requirements for the document's form, clarify them in a ticket ahead of time, not after filing your reports.

Example document set for a non-resident customer:
1. Invoice — a bill for $X for the period from DD.MM to DD.MM
2. Act of provided services — confirmation that the service was delivered in full
3. If needed — a brief note on the provider's tax status

Checking the Result

  • Open the downloaded PDF and confirm the amount and currency match what was charged
  • Check that the company details (if paid by a legal entity) are shown without typos
  • Match the invoice number against the one in the email or in Transaction History
  • If your reporting also needs an act of provided services, request it separately ahead of time, not on the last day before filing

Billing Contacts

Email: billing@zevshost.net. If you need a document that is not part of the standard set of PDF invoices, describe the request in your message — the exact list of what is available on request depends on your resident or non-resident status.
