How the Commission Is Calculated

Commission accrues from every actual payment made by a referred client, not just the first order. As long as the client keeps renewing their services, you keep earning 10% from each such payment.

Example:
A referred client pays $10/mo for their plan
Your level-1 commission: $10 x 10% = $1 per payment
A partner you referred brings in their own client at $10/mo
Your level-2 commission: $10 x 3% = $0.30 per their payment

Commission is credited after the client's payment is confirmed by the payment system, not at the moment the order is placed — if the client cancels the payment or the bank declines it, no commission is credited for that transaction.

How Link Clicks Are Tracked

Your referral link places a cookie in the visitor's browser for 90 days. If the person places an order within that time, the system credits them as your referred client, even if several weeks passed between the click and the payment.

• The cookie is tied to a specific browser and device — clicking on a phone and paying from a laptop are not always counted as the same session
• If the visitor clears cookies or browses in incognito mode, they cannot be tracked as your referral
• A later visit through a different link (for example, from search) may overwrite the attribution, if the program rules allow it

Payout Methods

The exact payment system fee for a payout is not set by the affiliate program — it is determined by the rates of PayPal, WebMoney, or the bank itself. Check the current terms directly with the payout method you choose.

Combining With Promo Codes

If a referral uses someone else's promo code unrelated to your affiliate link, that does not cancel the cookie-based click attribution, but check with affiliate program support for the final commission terms on such orders.

Common Reasons a Click Wasn't Credited

• The referral opened the link in one browser and placed the order in another — cookies in each are stored separately
• More than 90 days passed between the click and the payment
• The referral uses an ad blocker or a privacy extension that wipes third-party cookies as soon as the tab is closed
• The order was placed manually by a support agent, without the client clicking your link

Taxes on Affiliate Earnings

Affiliate commission is income, and in most jurisdictions such income must be declared just like any other earnings, even if the payout lands in an e-wallet rather than a bank account. The exact rules depend on the country of your tax residency, not the country where ZevsHost is registered, so check the specific rates and reporting forms with your own accountant rather than relying on this article.

When the Affiliate Program Doesn't Fit

• If you plan to register accounts for yourself through your own link just to earn commission — such self-referral schemes are usually not credited by loyalty programs; check the exact rules in the affiliate agreement on the registration page
• If you need a one-time discount rather than long-term income, it's simpler to use a regular promo code than to register as an affiliate
• If a referred client cancels the service and stops renewing entirely, commission on that client stops together with their payments

Checking the Result

• After registering, confirm your personal link opens and leads to the ZevsHost website with your identifier in the address
• Track click, registration, and accrued commission statistics in your affiliate dashboard
• Before your first payout, make sure the accumulated amount has reached the $50 minimum and your payout details are entered correctly
