VPS/VDS servers are activated instantly after payment — usually within 1-5 minutes. Dedicated servers are set up within 1 to 6 hours, depending on configuration and OS installation.
Our servers are hosted in three locations: Germany (Düsseldorf, WIIT site), USA (Chicago, provider ServerCentral), and France (Strasbourg, OVH). You can choose the optimal location when ordering.
We do not enter into a separate service level agreement (SLA): the public contract sets no guaranteed availability figure for the services. In practice our sites stay highly available — the infrastructure has redundant power, RAID arrays and 24/7 monitoring, and we announce planned maintenance and incidents on the status page.
Yes, we will help migrate your website, databases, and email from another provider for free. Contact our support via Telegram or email, and we will organize the migration with zero downtime.
Basic L3/L4 DDoS protection is included with VDS plans from Pro upward (Pro, Business, Power) and with every dedicated server. The VDS Nano and Start plans have no DDoS protection. Advanced L7 (HTTP/HTTPS) protection is a separate paid add-on — $5.00/mo.
We support all popular OS: Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and Windows Server. On VDS, OS installation is one-click through the control panel; on dedicated servers — via KVM/IPMI.
Not immediately. Outbound SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587 are closed on every VDS — this keeps the network clear of spam. On a fresh server neither your own Postfix nor an external relay such as SendGrid or Mailgun will work over SMTP. We open the ports on request through support for established customers, case by case. If you need mail right away, send it through your provider's HTTP API: it runs over 443 and is not affected. Shared hosting and dedicated servers have no such restriction.
